Dekko invites installers to ‘Make It Yours’ with two new brochures

Dekko 'Make It Yours' customised brochures for trade customers to win more business

Fast-growing Dekko Window Systems have unveiled two stunning new brochures, designed to help their trade customers boost conversions and win more business.

Just the first items in an extensive range of new sales material the Greater Manchester fabricator will be making available to trade clients over the coming months, the brochures each showcase two of Dekko’s premium-end product ranges – one spotlighting its high-end Raum collection of aluminium windows and doors, the other its Infinity range of seamlessly welded PVCu.

“As we look to massively step up our operations in the months and years, you can expect a lot more of this kind of high-quality installer support literature from Dekko,” commented company Sales Director Kurt Greatrex. “In an increasingly competitive market, installers need help to stand out from the crowd – and that’s exactly what we want to give them. With top quality sales material like this, it’s easy to quickly establish your credentials, and reassure homeowners that they’re dealing with a reputable, experienced installer.

“We want to go further than just producing identikit brochures, though. Going forward, we’re going to be putting great emphasis on supporting installers establish their own identities with end users in their area – as part of a campaign we’re calling Make It Yours. We’re going to be providing a huge range of customisable sales material that we can help them personalise with their own logos and other information about their business. Dekko’s windows to wow show-goers at FIT

Award-winning Dekko Window Systems are adding stylish aluminium windows to their much-celebrated Räum Collection.

Award-winning Dekko Window Systems are adding stylish aluminium windows to their much-celebrated Räum Collection.

Launched to great acclaim in 2015, Dekko’s Räum Collection range originally consisted of sleek, high-performing aluminium doors, inspired by the outstanding quality and design of German manufacturing.

Seeing increasing demand for high-end home improvement products from increasingly discerning end users, Dekko has now responded by adding window products that it hopes will help installers capitalise on that trend.

Dekko Sales Director Kurt Greatrex commented: “The original Räum Collection proved so successful it was inevitable that we would add windows to the range at some stage. We’ve based them on the Reynaers profile – renowned for its strength, style and fantastic energy efficiency. Now, our trade customers can offer homeowners a complete package of high-end aluminium.”

The new Räum Collection windows will be among the array of best-in-class products Dekko will be bringing to Birmingham in May, when it makes its FIT Show debut. Numerous examples of the fabricator’s cutting-edge Infinity uPVC corner-welding process will also be on display. Faithfully replicating traditional timber with all the benefits of state-of-the-art uPVC, Infinity combines A+ rated energy efficiency and British Standard PAS24-accredited security with one of the smoothest corner welds on the market.

“The FIT Show offers us the perfect platform to introduce Räum Collection windows to the industry,” Kurt continues. “We all know it’s getting harder for installers to stand out in an increasingly competitive market, and a full suite of stylish, robust, thermally excellent aluminium window and door products offer them a fantastic way to do that. We look forward to sharing more about them at the FIT Show in May – but if you’ve got any questions in the meantime, don’t hesitate to get in touch!”

Dekko to make bold debut at The FIT Show

Kurt Greatrex, Sales Director at Dekko Windows

Fast-growing Dekko Window Systems is marking the latest stage of its expansion with a landmark debut at this year’s FIT Show.

One of the country’s leading manufacturers of PVCu and aluminium windows, Dekko has spent the last decade investing millions in infrastructure and innovative new products. In recent years, it’s built a new factory and added no less than ten new products to an already extensive range. But now that groundwork has been put in place, Dekko has decided the time is right to take the stand at the industry’s biggest trade event, as Sales Director Kurt Greatrex explains:

“We’ve made massive strides in the last few years – expanding and refining production, developing and launching high-end products and laying the foundations for future growth. Now, we’re heading to the FIT Show with a lot to shout about – and it provides us with the perfect platform to showcase the fantastic range we’ve been able to develop.”

In addition to its exclusive Räum Collection of aluminium doors and Infinity seamless-cornered PVCu frames, Dekko has also become the UK’s largest Residence 9 fabricator – the only one in the country with a dedicated R9 facility.

Due to its success, Dekko now offers the full Residence Collection, adding three further timber-effect PVCu windows to its range. The R7 and R² joined R9, allowing installers to meet any demand within the lucrative heritage market. Dekko will be showcasing the complete Residence Collection at The FIT Show for visitors to see.

“We’re hugely excited to be taking to the FIT Show for the first time, and meeting old friends and new prospects from around the country,” Kurt concluded.

Deceuninck Flush Sash now available with Dekko’s exclusive Infinity finish

Kurt Greatrex, Sales Director at Dekko Windows

Innovative fabricator Dekko is now able to offer Deceuninck’s new flush sash window in its exclusive Infinity finish, continuing to expand an extensive timber-alternative offering that already includes the phenomenally successful Residence Collection.

Deceuninck’s big reveal at the FIT Show in April, the Heritage flush sash has been designed to deliver A+-rated energy efficiency, PAS24-accredited security and outstanding weather performance, while offering convincing vintage aesthetics and suiting with the company’s existing Heritage range.

Now, thanks to revolutionary graf welding technology, Dekko is able to push that authenticity even further, providing the product with seamless, timber-style Infinity corner welds. The resulting Infinity flush sash offers all the durability, efficiency and functionality of modern PVCu, while even more closely replicating the look of a nineteenth century timber flush sash window.

“At Dekko, we’re always looking for ways to give our customers more options to break into lucrative areas of the market,” commented Kurt Greatrex, Dekko Sales Director. “Starting with Residence 9, and now with the expanded Residence Collection, we’ve been able to develop a comprehensive timber-alternative offering – but this year, we wanted to extend that even further. We were hugely impressed with the Heritage Flush Sash when Deceuninck unveiled it at the FIT Show – and we’re delighted to become among the few UK fabricators able to offer it with smooth, seamless corners.”

Founded in 2008 by Gary Torr and Kurt Greatrex, Dekko Window Systems has firmly established itself as one of the UK’s leading Residence 9 and Deceuninck fabricators. Operating from its 50,000 square foot facility in Ashton-under-Lyne, Dekko was recently named one of the 1,000 Businesses to Inspire Britain by the London Stock Exchange. Dekko has expanded its offering to include the complete Residence Collection.

Dekko grows premium door range with Deceuninck’s Slider 24

Deceuninck's Slider 24 now available at Dekko Windows

Fast-growing fabricator Dekko Window Systems has expanded an already industry-leading door offering with the addition of Deceuninck’s Slider 24.

Designed as a best-in-class sliding door solution, the Slider 24 was the result of exhaustive research carried out by Deceuninck’s R & D division. They extensively tested leading sliding doors already on the market, examining them in detail, with the aim of producing a product that surpassed them in all areas.

The resulting door delivers A+-rated energy efficiency, PAS24-accredited security, and market-leading weather resistance performance – Slider 24 achieves Class E8A water permeability with a rating of 450Pa, Class A3 wind resistance of 1200Pa and Class A4 air permeability with a rating of 600Pa.

Kurt Greatrex, Sales Director for Dekko commented: “Over the past few years, we’ve invested extensively in expanding our premium door offering, to the extent that it’s now one of the most impressive in the UK. First, we introduced our Räum collection of top-of-the-range doors – and now we’ve increased customer choice even further, with another great patio door that offers superb weather resistance, robust security, and comes in a stunning range of colours. There’s huge appetite out there for this kind of product, and we predict Slider 24 will go on to be one of the most popular products in its class.”

Dekko’s much-celebrated Räum collection is comprised of a number of luxurious high-end doors, including the Glieten range of aluminium bifold doors and the Terassi range of patio doors. The Glieten 77 is the most premium bifold door in the Räum range, boasting PAS24 Secured By Design accreditation, along with air, wind and water resistance up to 600Pa, balancing performance with a sleek, stylish premium design.

Dekko Window Systems was founded in 2008 by Gary Torr and Kurt Greatrex and has firmly established itself as one of the UK’s leading Residence 9 and Deceuninck fabricators. Operating from its 50,000 square foot facility in Ashton-under-Lyne, Dekko was recently named one of the 1,000 Businesses to Inspire Britain by the London Stock Exchange.

Dekko’s Infinity frames help Emerald Windows go from strength to strength

Raum Infinity Frame

Swindon-based Emerald Windows has quickly established itself as one of the leading home improvement brands in the South of England – and now, the fast-growing firm has begun offering Dekko Window System’s ground-breaking Infinity range of seamlessly-welded PVCu.

Unlike normal PVCu window and door frames that feature a 3.5mm corner groove, Infinity frames are manufactured using a state of the art graph welding machine to achieve a choice of superior finishes – a totally smooth, seamless corner join on all laminated profiles, and a thinner, more subtle 1.5mm line on all non-laminated ones.

“With its sleek-looking smooth-cornered frames, Infinity provides us with a valuable USP that really helps us stand out in the increasingly crowded PVCu market,” commented Emerald managing director Martin Brett.

The decision to adopt Infinity comes as Emerald cements its relationship with Dekko – most notably by beginning to offer Deceuninck PVCu products through the Ashton-Under-Lyne based fabricator.

“Deceuninck always carry 26 colourways from stock, and this in turn means Dekko are able to offer us a very fast turnaround on coloured windows and doors,” Martin continued. “Demand for coloured frames is increasing all the time so the combination of a wide colour choice and fast turnaround is very appealing.”

Dekko Sales Director Kurt Greatrex commented: “Emerald are a fantastic company to work with, and a natural fit for our business. We’re delighted they’re now offering Deceuninck and our exclusive range of Infinity windows and doors, and we’re looking forward to working with them more closely in the weeks and months ahead.”

Established in 1998, Dekko Window Systems is one of the UK’s most respected fabricators of aluminium and high-end PVCu doors and windows. The firm was recently named as one of the 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain in the 2016 London Stock Exchange report, and operates from a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Ashton-Under Lyne.

Emerald Windows offer windows, doors and conservatories from their Swindon headquarters, servicing Reading, Bath, Bristol, Marlborough, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and other areas within an hour’s radius of Swindon.

Dekko takes Truro Windows to Infinity and beyond

Raum Infinity windows
Installers country-wide are rushing to offer Räum Infinity, the game-changing uPVC windows and doors from innovative trade fabricator Dekko Window Systems – and Cornwall-based Truro Windows, respected installers of nearly 30 years, have become one of the latest.

Unlike normal uPVC window and door frames which feature an unsightly 3.5mm wide diagonal groove at the join, a result of the welding and corner cleaning process, Räum Infinity frames come in two superior finishes.

The first is a smooth, seamless finish, which can be achieved on all laminated profiles. This option means you have no external weld sprue, reverse butt welds, unsightly grooves or knifed off jagged edges, all of which normally collect dust and dirt. The second finish is a 1.5mm thin pencil line on all non-laminated profiles.

Dekko achieves these stunning finishes thanks to their new graf welder, one of only a handful that’s operational in the UK, which has a patented ceramic heater plate that ‘zip welds’ the corner joints and allows for the precise placement of the welded sprue.

“It’s really tough to stand out in the uPVC market,” said Ian Baxter, Truro Windows managing director. “There are so many installation companies offering similar products, meaning you can sometimes end up in a price war. But with Infinity, Dekko were offering exactly what we needed. With smooth, groove-free corners, Räum Infinity looks very different to your run of the mill uPVC window, helping us appeal to affluent homeowners and giving us an edge over the competition.”

Kurt Greatrex, Dekko sales director commented: “We’re always delighted when an installer opts to start offering our products – especially when they’re as committed to quality and customer service as Truro are. We’re looking forward to a long, fruitful collaboration over the coming years.”

Founded in 2008 by Gary Torr and Kurt Greatrex, Dekko Window Systems are firmly established as one of the UK’s leading Residence 9, Deceuninck and Kommerling fabricators.

The company operates from a company’s 55,000 square foot facility in Ashton-under-Lyne and was recently named one of the London Stock Exchanges 1,000 Businesses to Inspire Britain. The factory is kitted out with over a £1m worth of equipment, including the cutting-edge graf welder that makes the Räum Infinity range possible.

New Dekko video puts Räum Infinity in the spotlight

Hot on the heels of the launch of its revolutionary Räum Infinity range, pioneering fabricator Dekko Window Systems has released a slick new video promoting the stunning new product.

The professionally-shot video, which was produced by industry marketing specialists Purplex, features high-quality footage of the graf welding process in action, as well as stylish shots of the frames themselves in a range of colour options and woodgrain finishes.

Dekko sales director Kurt Greatrex commented: “With its seamless corner welds, Infinity is very different to your standard uPVC window, and we wanted to find a way to communicate this to installers and help them, in turn, explain the features and benefits to homeowners. The video explains how we achieve the smooth finish and highlights how Infinity can rival the aesthetics of a timber window.

“Video is a very powerful marketing channel so we are now encouraging our customers to include the video on their website and use as part of their sales pitches.”

Built using one of the UK’s few cutting-edge graf welder machines, Infinity delivers uPVC doors and windows with an impeccably smooth finish, free of the ugly corner groove that has marred traditional uPVC for decades. Infinity is available in Deceuninck’s 2500 or 2800 profiles and features Maco shoot-bolts and Sac hardware as standard. With smooth lines and easy-clean slim frames, Infinity comes in a huge range of colours and timber-effect laminate finishes.

“We’ve also created an Infinity brochure, which delivers a similar message to the video and is another tool that’s freely available to our trade customers,” Kurt added. “Ultimately, we’re committed to doing our utmost to provide our valued trade customers with desirable, high-end products that end-users want to buy – and comprehensive marketing support to help them make sales.”

Dekko, founded in 2008 by Gary Torr and Kurt Greatrex and recently named one of the London Stock Exchanges 1,000 Businesses to Inspire Britain, has quickly grown to become a leading Residence 9, Deceuninck and Kommerling fabricator. The company’s 55,000 square foot facility in Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire, is kitted out with over a £1m worth of manufacturing equipment.

Dekko's new infinity Raum windowDekko Window Systems have announced they can now supply windows and doors in Deceuninck’s new Heritage Colour Collection – eight tasteful vintage-look foils that will enable installers to perfectly tailor products to the requirements of older, conservation area and high-end properties.

The Heritage Colour Collection includes six premium colours with a pure white woodgrain foil on the inside, as well as white woodgrain outside on English Oak inside, and an English Oak on English Oak option.

A premium addition
