Role overview
Due to continued growth, Dekko Window Systems is looking for an Order Processor to join our Order Processing department. This office-based role supports the day-to-day preparation of quotations for high-end aluminium & PVC window and door systems.
Working closely with the sales team, you’ll prepare accurate quotations, manage customer enquiries, maintain supplier pricing, and provide administrative support while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and an interest in the window and door industry.

Key responsibilities
- Assist and manage customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
- Manage your workload and complete tasks within deadlines
- Maintain and update quotations from third-party suppliers
- Support the team with general administration duties
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver quotations efficiently
- Prepare accurate quotations based on customer specifications
- Check quotations before issuing them to clients
- Maintain and track estimates using personal and master logs
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, order forms and quotations
- Assist other team members with day-to-day support
- Undertake any additional duties as reasonably required

What we're looking for
- Knowledge of the aluminium or PVC window and door industry (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good mathematical skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and business management systems
- Ability to understand technical drawings
- Previous experience in production administration
- Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic with high personal integrity
- Energetic and proactive approach to work
- Confident and adaptable to changing requirements
- Results-driven mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
