Business Development Manager

We’re currently looking for a Business Development Manager (Southern Area) to join our expanding commercial team. This is a high-impact role, ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in the fenestration sector, and a passion for building strong, long-term customer relationships.
THE ROLE
As Business Development Manager, you’ll support the growth of Dekko’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client accounts, and ensuring our full product range is positioned to maximise value. Working closely with the Sales Director, you’ll contribute to key sales strategies, manage performance against agreed targets, and play a critical part in shaping our customer success approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline across key product areas
- Deepen customer relationships within an assigned portfolio, acting as a trusted partner
- Identify and win new business in line with Dekko’s strategic goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track performance against targets, and recommend adjustments as needed
- Lead on pricing and negotiations within agreed commercial frameworks
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in business development within the PVC and/or aluminium glazing installer sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially focused with strong negotiation and planning ability
- Organised, proactive, and confident working independently or in a team
- Experience working with installers, trade partners, or within a B2B glazing environment
