We are looking for someone to join our team as a <strong>UPVC Fabricator / Assembler</strong>.

Key responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble UPVC window and door products to company quality standards
- Operate production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Read and follow production drawings and work instructions
- Measure, cut, and prepare UPVC profiles accurately
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Report any defects, equipment faults, or production issues promptly
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in UPVC window or door fabrication is preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret production drawings or specifications
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new processes and develop new skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Additional trade or industry qualifications (desirable)
