Role overview
Dekko Window Systems is seeking an experienced Window & Door Service Engineer to join our growing team. Based from our Swindon location, you’ll carry out remedial work and resolve installation issues at customers’ homes and commercial sites across the UK.
Working closely with our Customer Service team, you’ll ensure every repair is completed to the highest standard while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining Dekko’s reputation for quality workmanship.
This role offers varied work locations, product-specific training, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to work with premium aluminium and UPVC window and door systems.

Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and rectify installation issues for aluminium and UPVC window and door products
- Carry out on-site repairs and adjustments to a high standard
- Work independently and as part of a team across multiple UK locations
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service
- Complete accurate written reports following each visit
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including working at height when required

What we're looking for
- Proven experience with aluminium and UPVC window and door products
- Strong installation and repair knowledge
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Ability to stay away from home for up to 5 nights per week
- Blue or Gold CSCS Card
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good literacy, numeracy and reporting skills
- Within commuting distance of Ashton or Swindon (desirable)
- Experience with Deceuninck, Residence Collection or aluminium systems (desirable)
- Additional trade or industry qualifications (desirable)
