Bergson and Eaton switch to Dekko for Residence 9

Buckinghamshire based installer Bergson and Eaton are now sourcing their flush sash Residence 9 windows from leading trade fabricator Dekko, having originally bought from another supplier.

Bergson and Eaton’s managing director Jim Bergson has been delighted with the quality and service since switching to Dekko, and plans to start really pushing Residence 9 as an alternative to timber to their high-end customer base.

“Dekko offers everything you could want in a supplier and thanks to their support we’re really gearing up to grow the R9 side of our business” Jim comments. “The Dekko R9 is incredibly well-made – for instance, their astragal bars have the same depth as the bead to giving a more authentic look, which is not something every supplier offers – and they also offer excellent technical support and are always on hand to deal with any queries.”

Jim continues: “We’ve put a Residence 9 window in our 12,000 sq ft showroom and to say it’s gone down a storm is an understatement. The product is positioned next to a timber window and nine times out of ten the customer can’t tell they’re made from different materials. When they discover it’s actually a modern composite material, and then learn more about the low maintenance and energy saving benefits, they are always incredibly impressed.”

Dekko started manufacturing R9 at the start of the year and are now firmly positioned as one of the industry’s leading R9 fabricators. The company operates from a 28,000 sq ft factory in Bredbury, Cheshire, and also offers Deceuninck PVCu windows and doors.
