Dekko Team Takes on Half Marathon to Support Willow Wood Hospice

Dekko Window Systems is lacing up its running shoes to support a vital local cause, as 11 members of the team prepare to take part in the Manchester Half Marathon in aid of Willow Wood Hospice.

The challenge brings colleagues together with a shared goal: raising funds and awareness for Willow Wood Hospice, which provides essential care and support to people and families during some of their most difficult times. By taking on the half marathon, the team aims not only to contribute financially, but also to shine a spotlight on the hospice’s impact within the community.

The initiative reflects Dekko’s strong commitment to teamwork, employee wellbeing, and giving back. The runners have received encouragement and backing from the business, enabling them to train together and take on the demanding distance as a united team. This collective effort highlights how workplace support can help turn personal challenges into meaningful community action.
