Increase sales with new Deceuninck energy saving calculator

Up to 18% of a property’s energy escapes through the windows, and with rising energy prices and the expense of heating bills, it’s more important than ever to achieve energy efficiency and cut those costs wherever we can.

It’s why Dekko has become one of the first fabricators in the country to feature Deceuninck UK’s new energy saving calculator on our website, enabling our installer customers to sell more.

The simple selling tool enables you to work with your customers and calculate how much money and CO2 could be saved by fitting Deceuninck windows, an important factor for homeowners to consider when looking to invest.

Deceuninck Energy Calculator

Unique selling tool

Dekko Sales Director Kurt Greatrex comments: “It can often be a challenge for installers to demonstrate just how cost-saving energy efficient windows can be, but with Deceuninck’s new energy saving calculator, this becomes much easier, which is why we’re proud to feature it on our own website, enabling our customers easy access to this clever and easy to use selling tool.

“With energy costs currently through the roof, it’s more important than ever that we help consumers save where they can, and investing in energy efficient windows is one of the best ways to do this.

“At Dekko, supporting our trade customers has always been paramount, and we’re proud to be offering this unique tool to help them sell more to the end user, and continue to get ahead.”

How much could be saved?

According to the energy saving calculator, a double storey detached house with double glazing and mains gas could expect to save over £6,600 over a 10-year period by having Deceuninck’s double glazing windows installed. This then rises to over £35,000 over 30 years, £63,000 over 40 years, and £110,000 over a 50-year period.

Why Deceuninck?

For many years, Dekko has been a proud supplier of Deceuninck windows, which are A++ rated for energy efficiency.

These windows are available in either Heritage 2500 decorative profile, or a traditional 2800 chamfered profile.

  • Heritage 2500 decorative profile – Deceuninck 2500 Heritage Chamfered windows feature outward opening sashes which sit proud of the frame and have a smooth sloping profile. A popular choice for both modern and traditional properties, their subtle style provides an understated appearance that complements any property.
  • Traditional 2800 chamfered profile – Deceuninck 2800 Heritage Sculptured windows sit proud of the frame and open outwards, but feature more profile detail than chamfered windows. Featuring more architectural lines on the profile to give a more machined appearance, they are popular with properties with clean architectural designs.
